This Is What Got Me In Trouble....Again

It's pretty well known that I can't resist a good Reese's Puff cereal bite so why My Boy left them on the table is beyond me. I mean it was just a given that I was going to help myself.

At this point I was just weighing my options, you know such as how many can I get before someone comes back in the room and catches me.

Then I decided it was worth the risk.

Then I thought I might could hide the evidence better if I moved the whole box to the couch, if caught I could just push those little suckers down in a cushion for later enjoyment.

Then it happened, Thunderfoot Mom showed up and gave me a good scolding. You do notice it isn't have't much effect on me, don't you? Anybody leaves that box down again and I consider it fair game and fair game always means "IT'S MINE" in this house, at least by my rules.

She is still bitchin' and I'm still ignoring but at least she has removed the finger out of my face. She has no idea how many of these things I have managed to get down.

This ladies and gentlemen is what a full belly of Reese's Puff's cereal will do for you. I think I even dream about them.

  1. Lola, how in heaven's name did you manage to get them to the couch without spilling? Wow you ignore your mom so well.

    1. Easy, my lazy Mom had been laying on the sofa and had pulled the table sofa closer so she wouldn't have to reach as far to get her Coke. Pitiful, huh? So really all I had to do was nudge it with my nose a few times and it went right on over to the sofa. I did spill a few but I was a good girl and cleaned them right up.

    1. It was a delicious snack and as you can see I wasn't about to let Mom's "scolding" stop me from my enjoyment or nap.

    1. Mom says that is the reason I am a little "wild", she isn't a good punisher. I say she just hasn't figured out what will work yet, at this rate I don't think she ever will.

    1. Well Nola, Mom should know better than to try to come between me and my Reese's Puffs, that is never going to end well for her.

    1. Sometimes Tweedles you just have to make your own entertainment, throw in some Reese's Puffs and you have it made. This was heaven, they usually hide that box from me because those are my favorite things in the world and if I see the box I pug scream, loudly until they give in and give me some of them. When you catch one of them being careless you take the chance while it's there.

  7. I know, right? It's the most important thing in my pug world. I thought she had some nerve scolding me when it was her that left the box on the table in the first place knowing that is my favorite thing. That's why she got the cold shoulder from me. See at first she thought My Boy had left it but when he pointed out he wasn't even home at the time of the box appearance and doesn't eat, in his words "those nasty things" anyway. She quickly realized that only left her as the culprit. Then she is going to go and scold me? I don't think so!

  9. I know Roxy, Mom rains on every parade I try to have. She has been a little slack since I have been so sick, but she still won't let me have that whole box of Reese's Puffs. Something about my blood sugar going up and then I would have even more health problems than the one I am fighting now. I think she just wants to eat them herself when I fall asleep at night.

  12. hehehe That is funny hiding it in the couch cushions, you never know what you might find there. And I think pointing that finger in your face is rude why she has given you a flat face already!
