A Pug Woman's Work Is Never Done

We all know that I have had some...errr..."issues" in the behavior department the last month or so. In my defense,  not all of them entirely my fault. So to show my Mom I really am a good girl I decided to help her around the house this morning. Lot of work for a pug, not sure I am going to offer to help again any time soon!

I Did Laundry!

I can see I have my work cut out for me, these people have a lot of clothes!

I will just fold this dish towel.....

What?! There is another one?

Whew! I had no idea this work was going to be so tiring!

Might as well get busy, they aren't going to fold themselves!

Mom, I think a little peanut butter would give me some extra energy for this job.

Guess I was wrong....I feel the sleepies coming on....snacks have a tendency to do that to me.

I'm not sure how much longer I can hold my head up...this work is exhausting!

After My Day of Hard Labor

The beautiful sounds of a pug nap....

  1. What a well deserved snore after all that hard work! I don't mind helping with the laundry because piles of clothes are comfy! You know, Lola, I didn't see Tucker willing to help, so make sure your mom gives you extra treats!

  3. What is wrong with your peeps, Lola? Not only do they have too many clothes but they expect you to fold them. As if! Us pugs already have too many jobs to count without adding extra responsibilities to our plates.

  5. Whooo Hoooo! you go girl..... listen to you snores!

Chores is such hard works. I know first hand when I helped mum in the yard once. All that sitting while she raked the leaves then walking over and pointing out the spots she missed, whoa! I was so exhausted after thats.

    Luv a good pug nap!!

PS tell Tucker..... he is in the boys club!

  6. Lola, you have way too much work to do there -- look at all those clothes! I think a nice nap was totally in order! (and you sounded so cute!)

  9. Poor Lola! Slaving away like that!

I help with laundry too...it's very hard work to snooter all over each piece, roll around in it and shed just the right amount of my beautiful fawn coat all over the black clothes and towels. You'd think mom would be grateful for my assistance instead of getting all yelly about it. Sheeesh!
